MY STORY

Long before becoming a yogi, I began my spiritual journey when I started practicing this life-renewing art in elementary school. Nothing touched my heart as much as yoga growing up. I went on many journeys, from working as a cabin crew member at Emirates to flying around the world, helping people relax and stay calm during their travels. Yoga accompanied me throughout, directing my course and helping me help people.

I resumed practicing yoga in 2018 as I felt it was my path and a way for me to connect deeply with myself. Some unfortunate incidents and the constant hustle and bustle of city life in Dubai made me take the first steps on a self-healing journey—I haven't looked back since.

I completed a 500-hour advanced teacher training course at one of the most prestigious yoga schools, the Yoga Teacher Training Center in Rishikesh, India, and a Health Engineering Certification in Yoga and Physiology from New York University's Tandon School of Engineering. I’m now a freelance Yoga Instructor, delivering online classes worldwide and offline in Dubai.

My mission is to help everyone find their inner peace and connect with their true self. I specialize in a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Pranayama, Meditation, and Sound Healing. Being deeply connected to the spiritual aspect of yoga, I focus on mind-body workouts to strengthen and prepare the mind for practice and align it with the body.

My teachings are for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. I focus on a dynamic sequence of asanas and meditation that anyone can benefit from. My students are the heart of my teachings, and I look forward to empowering them to learn, grow, and lead a fulfilling life at every step.
